David received his Masters of Fine Art Degree from Hunter College in New York City where he worked with Robert Morris and Andrea Blum concentrating mostly on Combined Media and both Public and Political installations. He lived for seventeen years in New York City dividing his time between Manhattan, Florida, London and Mount Dessert during their seasons. He has had studios in New York, Copenhagen, London, San Francisco and Palm Beach. David was an honor student at The San Francisco Art Institute where he was awarded Ansell Adams former studio which he worked in for over a year. He is a prolific artist and spent over a decade and a half working on architectural projects in many countries. His paintings and sculpture are in numerous collections world-wide. He continues to work in London and Scotland when not in Hawaii.
David holds undergraduate degrees in both Political Science, Fine Art and Business Administration which gives a unique voice to his artistic expression. He has made North Kohala in Hawaii his home and is exploring painting and sculpture there.
